Principles of Alarm Systems in Diamond Equipment and Related Troubleshooting Procedures
Author:
A storage database is established, containing preset operating parameters corresponding to specified levels of damage, as well as the data ranges for these parameters. The system receives operating parameters from various sensors monitoring the diamond‑tool equipment and classifies these parameters based on their impact on the equipment’s condition. Operating parameters that indicate a level of damage exceeding the preset threshold are designated as emergency shutdown parameters, while those below the threshold are classified as manual‑control parameters.
Principles of Alarm Systems in Diamond Equipment and Related Troubleshooting Procedures
A storage database is established, containing preset operating parameters corresponding to specified levels of damage as well as the data ranges for these parameters. The system receives operating parameters from various sensors monitoring the diamond‑tool equipment and classifies these parameters based on the degree of damage they indicate. Operating parameters that exceed the preset damage threshold are designated as emergency shutdown parameters, while those that remain below this threshold are classified as manual‑control parameters.

Determine whether the current operating parameters fall outside the predefined parameter ranges; the current operating parameters include emergency shutdown parameters and manually adjustable parameters. If the values of the emergency shutdown parameters exceed their predefined ranges, an alarm is triggered and an automatic emergency shutdown is initiated. If the values of the manually adjustable parameters exceed their predefined ranges, an alarm is issued and the operator is prompted to take manual corrective action.
The system receives data on the current operating parameters of diamond‑tool equipment from multiple sensors, sequentially compares these parameters with the predefined ranges, and, if a parameter falls within its specified range, proceeds to check the next one. This process continues until all emergency‑stop parameters have been evaluated. Throughout the production cycle, the system continuously monitors whether the values of the parameters that have already passed inspection exceed their respective predefined limits. If any emergency‑stop parameter is found to exceed its threshold, an alarm is triggered, and the diamond‑tool equipment is automatically brought to an emergency stop.
Specifically, if the data for a manually adjustable parameter falls outside the predefined operating range, an alarm is triggered and the operator is prompted to take manual corrective action. The process proceeds as follows: first, it is determined whether the data for the current manually adjustable parameter remains within the predefined operating range; if so, the system moves on to check the next parameter. This continues until all manually adjustable parameters have been evaluated. Throughout the production process, the system continuously monitors whether the data of those parameters that have already passed inspection subsequently exceed their respective predefined operating ranges. If any manually adjustable parameter is found to be outside its specified range, an alarm is issued, and the operator is notified to perform manual intervention.
