Jointly Exploring New Frontiers, Jointly Creating a New Future | Uniplasma Makes Its Debut at the 2026 (Second) Future Semiconductor Industry Innovation Conference

On April 16–17, the 2026 (Second) Future Semiconductor Industry Innovation Conference was grandly held at Yinsan Lake in Suzhou.
In response to the new material‑performance requirements driven by the explosive growth of AI computing power, the evolution of high‑frequency communications, and advances in quantum technologies, the conference has established two parallel forums: the (Ultra)Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Materials and Devices Innovation Forum, and the Diamond/Silicon Carbide Thermal Management and Microchannel Cooling Forum. These forums will focus on diamond semiconductor materials and innovative devices, as well as key processes for microchannel cooling and packaging. 、 Advanced bonding technologies, substrate/wafer processing, interfacial thermal resistance, Vajra Hot topics such as thermal management materials based on silicon and silicon carbide were discussed.
From thermal management and optics—areas already drawing widespread attention—to high‑frequency RF devices, high‑voltage power electronics, and even quantum precision measurement, diamond’s “material genome” endows it with irreplaceable potential across a range of cutting‑edge fields.
Therefore, the Uniplasma CVD diamond material exhibits—including diamond heat sinks, optical-grade diamonds, and 6- to 8-inch diamond films—immediately drew numerous attendees to stop and engage in discussions upon their unveiling.
On-site colleagues engaged in in-depth technical discussions and aligned their needs with attendees from packaging and testing, power devices, data center thermal design, automotive electronics, and other fields, addressing industry‑wide concerns such as MPCVD equipment operating conditions, material growth processes, surface roughness control, interface thermal resistance optimization, and measured performance under varying heat flux densities.
Through this conference, Uniplasma not only further strengthened its communication and collaboration with both upstream and downstream partners in the semiconductor industry chain, but also gained a clearer understanding of the latest demand trends for diamond materials across multiple emerging application areas. What Uniplasma is doing is to meticulously refine its equipment itself, thereby providing customers in various fields with a stable and reliable “material foundation.”
Looking ahead, the company will continue to deepen its efforts in optimizing MPCVD equipment and expanding the market applications of CVD diamond materials, working together with industry partners to promote the broader industrialization of diamond in next-generation semiconductors and cutting-edge technological fields.

At the event, Uniplasma showcased its MPCVD equipment and diamond material products, offering a “core” solution to address the semiconductor industry’s “thermal management crisis” and injecting “core” momentum.
