On September 17, Uniplasma and Yellow River Whirlwind jointly established a joint venture - Henan Fengyouchuang Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Henan Fengyouchuang). This cooperation is not only an efficient combination of "cutting-edge technology" and "industrial aircraft carrier", but also will completely open up the closed loop of the whole industry chain from "equipment research and development" to "material growth" and then to "large-scale application", and achieve a major leap from technology leadership to market leadership. Quan Feng, chairman of Uniplasma, Li Ge, chairman of Yellow River Whirlwind, and Pang Wenlong, vice chairman and general manager, attended the signing ceremony. 

It is reported that Uniplasma will invest in Henan Fengyouchuang, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yellow River Whirlwind, in the form of capital increase and share expansion as an investor. After the capital increase and share expansion, Henan Fengyouchuang changed from the current registered capital of 10 million yuan to 20 million yuan. Among them, the Yellow River Whirlwind subscribed for a registered capital of 10.2 million yuan, holding 51% of the shares; Uplet subscribed for a registered capital of 9.8 million yuan and held 49% of the shares. 

At the ceremony, Quan Feng, chairman of Uniplasma said that through this shareholding, the company will officially transform from a simple equipment supplier to a deep participant and benefit sharer in the industrial chain. This cooperation model enables the company to be closer to the production needs of downstream customers, feed back the continuous optimization and innovation of equipment technology, so as to consolidate its leading position in technology in the fierce market competition and realize the transformation and upgrading from "equipment manufacturer" to "providing overall solutions". 

As the main body of this cooperation, Yellow River Whirlwind is a leading enterprise in the field of superhard materials and its products in China, and it has deep technical accumulation and industrialization experience in ultra-high pressure synthetic equipment and diamond R&D and production. Expanding the third-generation semiconductor business is the strategic core of the Yellow River Whirlwind to grasp the wave of new material development and achieve industrial upgrading. Its joint venture Fengyouchuang has been entrusted with the important task of carrying this strategic mission and will become an important platform for the third-generation semiconductor materials business in the future. 

UPL, on the other hand, is one of the few high-tech enterprises in China that can produce 4 to 10-inch polycrystalline diamond wafer MPCVD (microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition) equipment, and is also a leading enterprise in the domestic microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) equipment and CVD diamond material industry. The company's strong equipment manufacturing capabilities are undoubtedly the prerequisites and solid foundation for the production of high-quality third-generation semiconductor diamond materials.
