概要:CVD diamond has excellent optical properties, ranging from ultraviolet to far-infrared to microwave bands. Except for the weak absorption peak at 4~6μm, all other bands are transparent. Coupled with its excellent mechanical and thermal properties, diamond becomes an ideal optical material.
